O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.16.02.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.4943 of 2018. In the said order, this Court had directed the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.15.12.2017 within four weeks and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. 2.

Alleging non-compliance with the said order, the Contempt Case is filed.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating that the order passed by this Court was complied with on 16.07.2018 and the representation of the petitioner was disposed of. 4.

In this view of the matter, I do not see any reason to punish the respondent for contempt of Court merely because there is slight delay in complying with the order passed by this Court. 5.
