THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1346 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.118 of 2016 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla, which was taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 420, 498-A and 506 IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 06.02.2018 , before the Registry.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
