JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 25139 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after generating certain debate at the Bar, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal/Commandant of the Police Force to demonstrate that adequate number of vacancies of Head Constables are still available in the unit of appointment and hence, he does not necessarily require to be reverted.

Preserving the said liberty, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
