THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24086 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not granting family pension and other monetary benefits to the petitioners after the death of husband of petitioner No.1 and father of petitioners 2 and 3. After issuing notice in the present writ petition, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the letter dated 17.08.2016, sanctioning family pension to petitioner No.1. The said fact was verified by the learned counsel for petitioners and stated that nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition in view of the orders.

Recording the above statement, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
