HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.715 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this appeal was referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this M.A.C.M.A may be disposed of in terms of the said award. In view of the above submission, the M.A.C.M.A is disposed of in terms of the award dated 03.12.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat organised by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
