In the main writ petition, the petitioner challenges Memo No.A2/6078/2009 dated 26.11.2011 passed by the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner. By way of impugned memo, the 2nd respondent appointed the 3rd respondent as single trustee to Sri Dattatreya Swamy Temple, Seethaphalmandi, Secunderabad, for a period of two years.

This Court, while ordering Rule nisi on 24.01.2012, supended the operation of the impugned order. By efflux of time, the period stipulated in the impugned order, came to an end. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
