The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.1.07 cents in R.S.No.252/8, Kesarapally Village, Krishna District and he was also issued pattedar pass book and title deed in respect of the aforesaid land by the revenue authorities. Subsequently, the petitioner's land was identified by the State Government for expansion of Gannavaram Airport into an Internal Airport and the petitioner also gave consent to the Government as per the procedure prescribed under the Land Pooling System by enclosing all the relevant documents. While so, the 3rd respondent issued notice dated 16.06.2016 to the petitioner asking to the petitioner to appear before him along with relevant documents, as one Sri K.Rammohan Gupta (proposed respondent No.

4) also filed an application under Land Pooling claiming the land to an extent of Ac.0.62 cents in the same Survey No.252/8B. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner appeared before the 3rd respondent and gave a detailed reply to the said notice. But till today, no action is being taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass orders after considering the objections of the petitioner and 4th respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
