Sri K. Ananta Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal against the order impugned in the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. It is need less to observe that as and when appeal is preferred by the petitioner, the appellate authority shall consider the grounds raised in the appeal and pass a reasoned order within a reasonable time not exceeding three months from the date of receipt of such appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
