Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.477, Jumerat Bazar, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad. This writ petition is filed alleging that stocks are not released to the petitioner fair price shop, even though his authorization is neither suspended nor cancelled.

When the matter is called, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced the proceedings of the Chief Rationing Officer, Hyderabad dated 01.07.2019, where under the authorization of petitioner fair price shop is suspended. 4.

In view thereof, the prayer in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law.
