The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd and 4th respondents in harassing and threatening with dire consequences to withdraw the compliant in HRC No.6784 of 2013 filed against 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home places on record the written instructions dated 31.12.2013.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
