This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "....to issue a writ, order or directions more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering in civil dispute and not following the injunction orders causing obstruction to the petitioner to enter in her property plot No.6/part admeasuring 80 Square Yards in Sy.No.758 at Bank Colony, GHMC Uppal Circle-2, R.R.District (Medchal-Malkajgiri District) is arbitrary, illegal and against to the letter and spirit to the constitution of India. Consequentially direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in Civil dispte and not to cause any obstructions to the petitioner in her property and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and property in the interests of justice."

This Court has already granted interim direction on 12.07.2019. Basing on the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that except investigating into the crime registered on the complaint of the petitioner, they are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner. However, if any crime is

registered against the petitioner, this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating into the said crime. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
