This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 05.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.101 of 2014 in Sessions Case No.152 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Rajam. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
