The only grievance of the petitioner is that she filed representation dated 18-04-2019 before the 1st respondent for grant of parole to her husband by name Yellapragada Prabhakar Sharma, who is presently detained in Central Prison, Cherlapally. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who, submits that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 18-04-2019 made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
