THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14636 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.61 of 2016 in Cr.No.27/RCT-ACB-VJA/2015 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases - cum - III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file similar type of petition after filing of the charge sheet by the police, if he is so advised.

Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
