Aggrieved by inaction of the 3rd respondent in investigating into Cr.No.169 of 2018, which was registered basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 10-11-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that investigation is already completed and the matter is before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad for grant of permission to refer the case as 'False'. After obtaining orders, the case will be finalized.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to file appropriate report before the concerned Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
