THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.228 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.8 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, at Gurazala, and transfer the same to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.8 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Taking into consideration the age of the petitioner, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.8 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
