The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.127 of 2016 on the file of Repalle Town Police Station.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated that the petitioner is none other than the brother of the complainant. There are civil disputes between the petitioner and the complainant. The grievance of the petitioner is that as he filed a civil suit against the complainant and his father, they lodged a complaint with false allegations.

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above Crime. However, respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner.
