This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 22.07.2013 passed in M.O.P.No.1193 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 14.07.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
