HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.33543 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.3, in implementing the orders in I.A.No.1676 of 2016 in O.S.No.1421 of 2016 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at LB Nagar, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

As the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy of approaching the Court which has granted interim orders in her favour which she seeks through this writ petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Court seeking the very same relief sought herein. Needless to mention that the Court shall pass appropriate orders expeditiously, basically implementing the orders in I.A.No.1676 of 2016 in O.S.No.1421 of 2016.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
