This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff aggrieved by the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.50 of 2019 in O.S.No.10 of 2012 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, wherein the application filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff to send the Development Agreement-cum-General Power of Attorney dated 01.02.2008 to the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District, for impounding, was dismissed.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for both sides would submit that the subject document dated 01.02.2008 is insufficiently stamped and it has to be impounded.

It is relevant to state that when a document is found insufficiently stamped, it is required to be impounded in accordance with law.

Under these circumstances, the impugned order, dated 12.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.50 of 2019 in O.S.No.10 of 2012 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, is set aside and the Court below is directed to send the subject document dated 01.02.2008 to the Registrar concerned for impounding in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
