ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 04.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.163 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.163 of 2019, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 22.07.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that challenging the rejection proceedings, the petitioner has already filed W.P.No.19466 of 2019.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
