This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in Crime No.87 of 2015 of P.S. Yeleswaram, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 9(c ) r/w 20(B)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner was found in possession of 128 kgs of Ganja. Since the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined grant bail to the petitioner.
