HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.5749 of 2017 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.5693 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/ accused and the respondent-defacto complainant (wife and husband) in the quash petition filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.5749 of 2017 seeking to compound the offence against the accused pending enquiry in special Sessions Case SPL.S.C.No.3 of 2017 on the file of the VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for trial of offences under SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, at Secunderabad and consequently to quash the proceedings in the above case.

The defacto complainant and the accused have present and stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably with the advice of elders and living happily.

By recording the same, the Crl.P.M.P.No.5749 of 2017 is allowed by according permission to compound the offences and consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in SPL.S.C.No.3 of 2017 on the file of the VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for trial of offences under SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, at Secunderabad. The bail bonds of the accused shall stand cancelled.
