Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned provisional order made in U.C.B.A.No.248/2013-G1 dated 01-11-2014 and its consequential conformation notice made in U.C.B.A.No. 248/ 2013-G1, dated 07-11-2014 by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to ground reality, unjust and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein not to initiate any further steps for demolition of building bearing Door No. 2-237A, Ward No. 3, One Way Traffic Road, Pithapuram, East Godavari District. WPMP.NO: 9599 of 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C.
Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings including demolition of building bearing Door No.2-2-37A, Ward No. 3, One Way Traffic Road, Pithapuram, East Godavari District, pending disposal of WP No.7209 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.A.
