THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU C.R.P.No.2273 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is heard along with C.R.P.No.2240 of 2018. In CRP.No.2240 of 2018, a reasoned order is passed holding that the Court below committed an error in stating that expert report was received on April 2017 itself whereas report itself shows that it was signed and sent in July, 2017.

Considering the pleas raised, this Court already came to the conclusion that an Advocate Commissioner should be appointed for the purpose of examination of handwriting expert and a strict time table was also directed to be fixed. In that view of the matter, the order in I.A.No.118 of 2018 is set aside. The lower Court is directed to reopen the matter which according to learned counsel is posted for arguments. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
