The only grievance made by the petitioner in this revision is to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the injunction application within a timeframe.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the injunction application was filed on 01-9-2016 and the respondents have also filed a counter to the injunction application, the revision is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of the injunction application in accordance with law within a period of 6 (six) weeks. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
