THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17095 OF 2016 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submits that against the order impugned in the writ petition, appeal lies under Section 20 of the A.P.Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973, and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
