HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.23551 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner complains against inaction of the respondents in considering petitioner's request for grant of pattadar pass book/ title deed and issuing the same, as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on 4th respondent by the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.
2. On 18.07.2017, at request of the respondents, the writ petition is directed to be taken up today for getting instructions in the matter. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the enquiry initiated through the notice dated 23.08.2015 will be completed and order passed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.
3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is given liberty to file a Memo by enclosing a copy of this order before the 4th respondent for due compliance. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
