This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 23.09.2013, in I.A.No.22 of 2013 in O.S.No.129 of 2013 passed by the III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the Court below allowed the application.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that O.S.No.129 of 2013 itself was disposed of on 30.12.2016.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
