UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No. 16841 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) As we are informed that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Kolkata, is seized of the issues that arise for consideration in this writ petition in pending Appeal Nos.7 and 71 of 2016 and Tender Appeal Nos.8 and 65 of 2017, we are of the opinion that it would wholly unnecessary for this Court to entertain this writ petition and adjudicate the issues arising herein on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly closed leaving it open to the parties to take steps before the Appellate Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the pending appeals. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
