This contempt case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.33207 of 2017, dated 25-10-2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that after filing of the contempt case, the General Manager, KGM Area has rejected the application of the petitioner vide order in Ref.No.KGM/PER/2018/31/2150, dated 12-06-2018 and seeks liberty to challenge the said order.

In view of the same, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12-06-2018 in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
