HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26851 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging orders of Labour Court-II, Hyderabad dated 19.11.2002 in M.P.No.14 of 2001.

2 . First respondent herein approached Labour Court-II, Hyderabad challenging deduction of Rs.17,056/- which the Corporation deducted as excess payment and the Labour Court, after considering the contentions and rival contentions of both parties, allowed the application and directed the petitionerCorporation to pay the recovered amount and challenging the same, present writ petition is filed.

3. This Court granted interim stay on 26.12.2003 on condition of depositing half of the amount with costs before the Labour Court and permitted the first respondent herein to withdraw the same without furnishing any security.

4. As seen from the record, the writ petition against first respondent herein, who filed M.P.No.14 of 2001 before the Labour Court-II, was dismissed on 01.03.2013 for non-compliance of the order dated 16.08.2004.

5. Since this writ petition is dismissed against beneficiary-first respondent, no cause survives and as such the writ petition is closed. No costs.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
