This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in insisting on the petitioner to produce No Objection Certificate

(NOC) from the ULC authorities for grant for building permission in respect of premises bearing Door No.39-1-23/1/2 in Survey No.9/9P, Plot No.69, Murali Nagar, Kapparada, Ward No.39, V i s a k h a p a t n a m , vide Endorsement in BA.12345/2013/ACP-IV/G2, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider his application for building permission without insisting for NOC. At the hearing, Mrs.V.Sujatha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
