This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., seeking to withdraw O.P.No.441 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Court, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Court of V Additional District Judge, Kothagudem.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the said submission, the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the transfer C.M.P., is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
