CVNR, J & JUD, J WP.No.18894 of 2017 Dated:14.6.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The father of one Devarasetty Subhasri (the alleged detenue) filed this Writ Petition seeking issue of Writ of Habeas Corpus for her production in the Court.

At the hearing, Mr. B.M.Patro, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the custody of the alleged detenue has been handed over by the Police to the petitioner and that, therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
