This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in not returning the passport of the petitioner in F.I.R.No.37 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 have handed over the passport to the petitioner and the cause in the writ petition does not survive any further.
