This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.12.2011 in C.M.A.No.8 of 2010 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Siricilla aggrieved by the order dated 12.11.2010 in I.A.No.84 of 2010 in O.S.No.27 of 2010 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Vemulawada in a petition filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the same was allowed by the trial Court and in C.M.A, the order of the trial Court was set aside awarding costs through out.
As per the information collected by the registry, the suit was disposed of on 20.12.2013. As the main petition is for grant of temporary injunction during pendency of the suit and since the suit itself was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition and consequently, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
