This Application is filed with the following prayer:

"this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to post the W.P.No.13407 of 2024 (order dated 13.08.2025) under 'For Being Mentioned" Caption in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders."

It is brought to the notice of this Court that a typographical error was crept in with regard to C.C. number and the court name in following paragraphs:

"1) paragraph No.3 in page 2 at 15th line,

2) paragraph No.7 in page 4 at 11th line,

3) paragraph No.7(i) in page 5 at 2nd Line,

4) paragraph No.7 (v) in page 6 at 3rd line, 4.I submit that, I have filed forbeing mentioned in IA NO 2 of 2025, wherein the Hon'ble High Court was pleased to correct the case Number. The court name was not changed. I submit that the concerned magistrate is stressing the court name to be as per ecourts. The order of the court was modified as "C.C.No.6997 of 2022 on the file of VII Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIII Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal Malkajgiri, Kukatpally"

The court below is insisting the changes as per e-courts.

I submit that the trail court is insisting the court name as per e-courts.

"1) C.C.No.6997 of 2022 in the Hon'ble 7-II Additional Junior Civil Judge cum XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri at Kukatpally.

I submit that the copy of the court name in ecourts, is enclosed for the Hon'ble courts perusal." For the reasons stated in the accompanying

W.P.No.13407 of 2024 affidavit, the interlocutory application is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary changes as follows:

"C.C.No.6997 of 2022 in the Hon'ble 7-II Additional Junior Civil Judge cum XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri at Kukatpally at:

1)paragraph No.3 in page 2 at 15th line,

2) paragraph No.7 in page 4 at 11th line,

3) paragraph No.7 (i) in page 5 at 2nd Line,

4) paragraph No.7 (v) in page 6 at 3rd line.

Registry is further directed to issue a revised copy of order.
