Learned counsel for the respondent submits that A.S.No.149 of 2012 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of cases under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum-Additional District Judge, at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, was allowed on 24.03.2017 and the Second Appeal was filed by the unsuccessful party. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
