This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ appellant, assailing the order, dated 17.10.2012, of the learned District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, passed in C.M.A.No.15 of 2012. 2 .

There is no representation for the petitioner/ appellant. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 22.02.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
