This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 08.02.2016 and 22.02.2016 for placing the revenue details of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents in Sy.No.146/8 of Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal and District in the online data system.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make an application to the Tahsildar, but not the Collector.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application to the 3rd respondent and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
