The only grievance of the petitioner is that she submitted application dt.12.03.2019 to the 4th respondent for allotment of house in JNNURM scheme or any other housing scheme provided by the Government. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Housing, Sri C.Buchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 4 to 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dt.12.03.2019 and take action as per Law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
