CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.24226 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondents to produce Mr.Balveer Singh @ Balu (for short 'the alleged detenu'), S/o late G.Ramesh Singh before the Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions, submitted that F.I.R. No.626 of 2017 was registered against the alleged detenu by police, Kukatpally Housing Board Police Station and he was arrested and produced before the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, on 21.07.2017 and that he was remanded to judicial custody.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission.
