B/O ns I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed by the petitioner/A7 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the bail order dated 29.09.2020 in Crl.P.No.4189 of 2020 with regard to his appearance before the investigating officer on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition No.ii imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.7 in Crl.Petition No.4189 of 2020 on 29.09.2020, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

However, petitioner/Accused No.7 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required. Accordingly, IA is ordered.
