The 2nd respondent in O.P.No.2707 of 2006 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, preferred the instant appeal aggrieved by the Judgment and decree, dated 22.08.2008, passed in the said O.P.No.2707 of 2006.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, at request of both parties. The Lok Adalat has passed an Award, dated 08.04.2017.

In terms of the Award, dated 08.04.2017, passed by the Lok Adalat, the instant appeal is disposed of.
