HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA A.S. No. 648 of 2013 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Sri J. Venudhar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that matter has been settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the 5th respondent has no objection thereto.

As per the officer record, notices have already been served on respondent Nos.1 to 4, however nobody has appeared on their behalf.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as having been withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
