HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.10895 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is accused No.2 in crime No.10 of 2015 of Tiruchanur Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 341, 302, 201 read with Section 34 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

The earlier bail application i.e., Crl.P.No.5542 of 2015 filed by the petitioner - accused No.2 and accused No.4 was dismissed in respect of the petitioner - accused No.2 by this Court on 13-07-2015. Even though that application was dismissed on 13-07-2015, this court is of the view that there is no change of circumstance on factual aspects concerned. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.2.
