THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13744 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.778 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 384 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
