THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27312 OF 2012 ORDER:

Questioning the inaction on the part of the 1st respondent - Station House Officer, Jaggaiahpet Police Station, Krishna District, in investigating Crime No.79 of 2012, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that seeking quashment of the said Crime, the accused/2nd respondent herein filed CRL.P.No.6708 of 2012 and this Court granted interim stay of investigation in the said matter and copy of the said order is placed on record.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to take appropriate steps in the said Criminal Petition.
