ORDER:
This writ petition is filed complaining of non-consideration of the applications of the petitioner filed under Form-VI(A) seeking pattadar pass books and title deeds under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.
2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions received from the third respondent, states that the applications of the petitioner were already examined and on finding that the petitioner has purchased assigned land, the said applications were rejected under endorsement dated 21.09.2015. Copy of the said endorsement is already served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of that, no relief can be granted as prayed for. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to take appropriate remedy against the said endorsement in accordance with law.
Subject to the liberty above, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
